Appointments: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will be accommodated to the best of our ability, however you will still be responsible for your full appointment if our time is cut short.
Cancellations: Please provide 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to charge for any services not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, except in the event of an emergency.
Etiquette: Thank you in advance for your taking the time for your own self care. In an effort to create the healthiest environment possible for everyone, we request that you arrive in good hygiene and cleanliness but please refrain from wearing perfume, scented lotions, body sprays or other similar products. We also ask that you turn off or silence your phone so that you can enjoy the full benefits of your session.
Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the price of our services. Whereas tips are welcome and very much appreciated, they are not mandatory. The best way to show appreciation for our services is to refer a friend.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available for any service. They are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Please bring your gift certificate to your appointment.
Payments: Full payment is due at the time of service. Currently we accept cash or check. All checks can be made out to: Dawn Tanis.
