The Rolf Method of Structural Integration (S.I.) is a form of therapeutic bodywork that restores balance within the body by removing strain patterns in the myofascial system. Through the use of hands-on, massage-like techniques in a series of ten sessions, S.I. re-educates the body and raises one’s awareness about how to be in harmony within the field of gravity. Sessions are 60-75 minutes. $120

This ancient form of bodywork can relieve muscular tension, improve flexibility and energize the body through rhythmic compressions, assisted gentle stretches, and guided breathing. It is performed on the floor, and the client should wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement. 60 or 90 minutes. $90/$120

When scar tissue forms it can often create adhesions in the surrounding tissue that can cause pain or numbness, restrict movement and mobility, and even restrict function of nearby organs. This therapy helps to integrate the scar into the facial network creating a decrease in swelling, increase in sensitivity, and helps to restore natural tissue function. 60 or 90 minutes. $90/$120

Effiji breath is a powerful developmental process that can help release physical and emotional trauma patterns in the body, leaving you feeling lighter and more relaxed.  An individual breath session is approximately 2 hours.  There is 30 minutes of consultation, a full hour of concentrated breathing followed by a period of rest and integration. $150

This work comes from the osteopathic and cranio-sacral lineage and is also known as Stillness Touch, Dynamic Stillness, or BCT.  Sessions are meditative, restorative and cultivate a sense of inner body awareness. 60 minutes. $90
