"I have been receiving bodywork for many years but had never tried Rolfing. I finally got the opportunity to try it and after one treatment I was hooked and signed up for the full series of 10.  I immediately felt more in tune with my body. After only a few sessions I noticed my walk was different, more fluid less rigid. The work is pleasant and relaxing. Never in any of the treatments did anything hurt.  It seems to have a restorative component as well as just a feeling of being more aligned.  I have chronic neck issues but the work has also lessened that giving me a greater range of movement.  What I find most interesting is that unlike other bodywork this work has a lasting effect. I’m looking forward to future tune ups!"
